Our son is a Danish/ Canadian , age forty , living in Copenhagen. As I understand he has only been allowed 2 vaccinations and a booster? Here in Canada we are being called into our 5 th shot / booster. Do you know if more vaccines/ boosters will be allowed for that age group in the fall in Denmark?
Denmark, for reasons that don’t make a lot of sense, decided that after the 1st booster they would do a fourth but only for those considered high risk, seniors, and everyone else over the age of 50. That happened over this past fall/winter. If you aren’t in those groups then you were out of luck. While other countries have already begun a 5th dose, Denmark won’t administer another booster shot, and we don’t know yet who qualifies, beginning this fall.
Thank you! I am going to encourage Our son to speak to his doctor as he’s had Covid several times this winter and he has Schizophrenia. If not we’ll get him a booster when he comes to visit in Canada. Totally nuts. They did such a good job during Covid and then suddenly nothing. It’s the Viking mentality. I am
