Hey Shane! By "would allow entry into the E.U. for fully vaccinated travelers", does that mean allow entry into the EU without a worthy purpose? Or do they still need to have a worthy purpose to enter Denmark (i.e. family member, sweetheart, etc.)?
From the E.U. level yes my understanding is the proposal, if passed, would allow travelers from approved countries or who are fully vaccinated (with an approved vaccine) to travel into Europe without a worthy purpose. The only logistical hurdle is as mentioned how to tackle the variety of different ‘proof of vaccination’ methods from country to country outside the EU.

Denmark recently eased travel restrictions including in some cases the worthy purpose requirement. You can find the information here
